Tesla Model X Garment Hook
thingiverse
I'm absolutely crazy about my new Tesla Model X, but I quickly discovered there was no place to hang my suit coat or dry cleaning, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. I chose to use a Type A Machines Series 1 Pro printer and Cura V1.5 software. To create the hook's structure, I employed 3D infill at a 3mm separation (Cura uses space between infill instead of percent, making it nearly solid). The material I selected was Proto Pasta Carbon Fiber PLA, which proved to be plenty strong. While PLA might work, you'll need to experiment with different settings to achieve the desired result; ABS could also be a viable option. To prevent scratching of the seat back and keep the hook in place while driving, I attached small self-adhesive rubber feet on the back of the hook - you can find similar products at Amazon.com by searching for "rubber feet for electronics".
