I was searching for a spot to attach my sunglasses. Above the rear view mirror in the center of the front windshield sits the speaker/microphone grille. I snapped a photo of what it looks like when you remove it, but you might not need to take it off to install your accessory. Take note of the two metal rods that hold it in place - this fits snugly between them.
