Made a 3D scan of the OEM door speaker to determine angle and mount points and used that to create a custom speaker mount for aftermarket speakers to replace the all-in-one OEM speaker (my OEM speaker had a hole in it from a previous owner and was non functional) It's installed in my 2013 Model S and sounds great! I went with the Pair KICKER 46CSC654 CSC65 6.5" 6-1/2" 600 Watt 4-Ohm Car Audio Coaxial Speakers off Amazon. The main center tube is 5.5" diameter with the mounting screws on the outside. The center tub fits into a recess in the speaker. The speakers came with screws that directly screw snuggly into the 3d print for a very secure fit. There is a path to route the speaker wires as well as a spot to zip-tie the wires.
