Oft scheren bei der Hutablage des Tesla Model S die Haltenasen ab, wenn Sie von unten Druck bekommen. Als Ersatzteil bietet Tesla nur die komplette Hutablage an. Aus diesem Grund habe ich die Halterung nachkonstruiert und die Pins flexibel und herausnehmbar gestaltet.Als Material für die Halterung habe ich „Greentec pro“ von extrudr verwendet. Dies Material ist hoch hitzebeständig, was an der Hutablage bei Sonneneinstrahlung sehr wichtig ist.Für die Pins habe ich das TPU „Flex hard“ ebenfalls von extrudr aus oben genannten Gründen verwendet. Es sollte aber auch jedes andere TPU funktionieren.Wichtig bei den Pins ist eine 100% Füllung im Bereich des Stiels. Die Pins halten durch den Konuswinkel von 2% und sind die , bei starker Krafteinwirkung (z.B. Hund im Kofferraum der sich aufrichten will) die Sollbruchstelle des Systems.
