Tesla Model 3 Seat Hanging Hook
thingiverse
Placing bags on the Tesla Model 3 rear seat can have an unexpected surprise. If the bag weighs enough (maybe 5Kg or more), the car will trigger a rear seat belt warning. Rather than disable the warning (child seat enabled), I decided to provide a hanging hook for that bag. The hanging hook fits on the back of either front seat. The hook securely clips to the back of the seat, providing a convenient position for bags and the like to dangle from. My hanging hook design clips to the hard plastic frame on the back of the front seats. I use PETG, but PLA+ is likely to work equally well, though have not tested this design yet through an Australian summer for plastic stability! My print of the battery plate is made in PETG 1.75mm Aurarum black filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill on a PRUSA I3 MK3S printer. For strength, I printed my design on it's side. You may want to consider including a brim during printing, too. I hope you can find this design useful, too. Remember to leave me some feedback or even a tip to keep me enthused to make more of these drawings.
