This is a custom-designed Grocery Bag Hook specifically intended for installation onto the M5 screw protruding from the ceiling of a Tesla Model 3 trunk.\r\nOther designs exist, but they lacked source code and relied solely on the screw to prevent breakage, which I found unacceptable.\r\nTo address this, I added an extension that wraps around the existing nut and washer, directly pressing against the sheet metal. This modification significantly reduces torque loading on the screw and confines forces to a straightforward pull out of the threads.\r\nThis project necessitates an M6 tap for threading purposes. You might successfully thread the part without using a tap or choose to utilize a tap specifically designed for plastic with an M6 screw, in conjunction with a Dremmel cutoff wheel.\r\nIf the plastic proves too weak to hold the threads, I will redesign this to incorporate a brass threaded insert.\r\nUnfortunately, an automatic update to Cura-Lulsbot crippled my design on Mint, and Slic3r core dumped on Mint as well. To overcome these issues, I successfully managed to get OctoPI up and running for updating the firmware on my printer and utilized the Ultimaker AppImage version of Cura running on Mint, along with some hacking of the startup code to cover unsupported parts.\r\n\r\nUpdate: Added Rev B of the design and corrected tap size.\r\nI revised the design after discovering that grocery bag straps were getting caught on sharp corners, and there was insufficient space between the top of the hooks and the trunk's top for easy attachment and detachment.\r\n\r\nUpdate: Implemented Rev C of the design. A friend accidentally broke their copy, prompting me to make a minor internal modification that I believe will enhance strength.
