Tesla Model 3 and Model Y Rear Center Console Arm Rest Tray

I really liked this design and found it to be closest to the OEM one that Tesla used to provide for free. However, I found the STL to have some odd artifacts and difficult to paint in PrusaSlicer for a combined PETG+TPU print on my XL. Also the sharp corners are a risk for curling during printing.I fully remade this model in Fusion 360, keeping all dimensions as close to the same as possible and rounding the corners. I also added features to the base to make it more rigid. I packaged the higher quality STL and the logo as separate bodies in a 3MF file for ease of manipulation. The new STL has smooth walls that paint very nicely. As with the original, no supports required for layer heights up through 0.25mmI created a multi-material print 3MF that has generic TPU on the interior faces and PETG on the exterior. Printing this gives it a soft-touch feel on the inside that reduces rattling of contents while driving. The multi-material 3MF project prints at 0.25mm and also changes the following default parameters:Flex TPU on extruder 4PETG on extruder 5Force wipe tower to be formed with PETGMax width of segment region = 1mm (this makes the TPU be a 1mm thick layer, keeping wall strength and reducing print time)gyroid infill (avoiding crossing infill is best with PETG and TPU)4 bottom solid layersTPU Filament setting: Bed temperature same as PETG (ensures PrusaSlicer won't lower the bed temperature to TPU levels)
