Update 5/29/2019: You can now order the plain lug cap design via Taptes' store at https://www.taptes.com/products/wheel-nug-nuts-and-center-cap-for-tesla-model-3. The lettered caps will follow shortly. The Tesla lug nut cap upgrade is a great option over the ones that come with the 'Model 3 Aero Wheel Cap Kit' found in the Tesla store. While the center caps are quite nice, the lug caps are super cheap and thin (although they look fine). I've included a picture of a mix of original caps and printed ones. I was pleasantly surprised with how these turned out. I used ABS to help withstand exposure and added a glow-in-the-dark feature on black for color (other color combos would be great too). The glow might not show up, but it looks pretty cool when charging the vehicle with a light. To assemble each lug, print a base, letter cap, and then letter insert. Place the base on your lug first, orient the cap as desired, and press on to secure. If needed, readjust for a perfect fit. A big shout-out to Elon for creating this amazing vehicle! The Tesla Model 3 is everything I hoped it would be and more. Tips are much appreciated if you enjoy! Notes: * You'll still need the kit from the Tesla store for the center caps. * The letter A insert consists of two files: a.stl and e.stl. The letter E is three combined e.stl files. * Edit 9/16/18: Added a Tesla Logo as a cap choice, along with a blank option.
