Tesla EcoHitch Stealth hole trim cover
thingiverse
This is a plate cover for the Ecohitch Stealth for Tesla Model S when you remove the actual hitch and want to cover the hole drilled during the installation. Note that it will cover the opening if you follow the instructions of the installation or if the opening is smaller, but if the hole is too big, it may not work Note that the plate portion will fit on a 220 x 220 bed, but when slicing, you need to rotate it 45 degrees. The cover is printed in two pieces. The plate portion can be redesigned if your cut opening is different in your car. If you do need to modify your own, the inner fillet radius is 5.4mm and the outer is 7.4mm to save you some time to fit easily with the insert piece. I designed the insert using the actual ecohitch stealth insert but added small extrusion for where the bolt goes through so it should fit tight. I considered a magnet but am skeptical about the magnet staying on in tougher driving conditions. However using printed plastics in applications like this you can't tell how long this will last. But it does cover the insides of your bumper and the sensors within so it's better than leaving it open.
