Tesla coil primary bracket for 0.25" copper tubing and 4-5" secondary
thingiverse
This setup is tailored for secondary coils with a diameter of 4-5 inches. It's engineered specifically to work seamlessly with 0.25-inch copper tubing. A standard 50-foot roll will provide ample material to cover the entire primary coil and strike bar, leaving roughly one foot of excess tubing for adjustment. Due to the considerable length of the legs, these components must be printed at an angle on smaller printers to prevent overhang issues. I successfully printed this design on my Ender 3 printer. To assemble the parts, start by printing 1 center piece, followed by 8 legs, 8 strike bars, and 4 risers. Once all pieces are ready, secure them together using super glue. This model prints perfectly without requiring any supports.
