Tesla Coil Primary
thingiverse
Tesla coil end cap and primary form, designed specifically for coils wound onto 4.5" outer diameter pipes. Pair it up with 1/4" copper pipe for optimal results. The distance between the coil centers is precisely 0.68" (17.35mm). For a top-load form using the same pipe dimensions, check out this link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2472952 Update: This model turned out to be slightly undersized. Despite measuring 4.25" in diameter instead of the intended 4.5", it still fit and functioned perfectly. Controlled by a Wemos microcontroller running NodeMCU Lua, this setup utilizes a modified inductive heater circuit for the primary.
