Tesla coil 75mm parts
thingiverse
You need printer parts for a Tesla coil. Solution one involves winding the secondary onto an OD tube that's 75mm in diameter. I used a wire with a diameter of 0.16mm and applied four layers of coating before assembling all the parts easily. The primary holder requires gluing together, then winding the primary onto it, securing it with a distance stick, and finally gluing it into place. All the parts are available in .stp format, allowing you to adjust them according to your needs. They were printed using black PLA. Printer settings: Resolution of 0.2mm, 20% fill density, table temperature at 71 degrees, nozzle temperature at 210 degrees, and a 0.4mm nozzle diameter.
