Western Necropolis is a site dating back to the 1st cent. BCE and 1st cent. CE. The current management of this archaeological site lies with the National Institution Stobi. A 3D model was developed during the Balkan Heritage Field School's Workshop on 3D archaeological recording in 2015, which was a collaborative effort between the Balkan Heritage Foundation (Bulgaria), National Institution Stobi (Macedonia), Department of Classics at Queen University (Canada) and New Bulgarian University (Bulgaria).
