The 3D model was initially brought to life using Sketchup 8 and later converted into a wide range of 3D file types. Its native format remains .skp, while the 3ds Max scene utilizes 3ds Max 2016 with Vray 3.00 for rendering. This model represents a single-detached house project designed by a masonry company specializing in property development. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been less than impressive, and I would not hesitate to label them as irresponsible and unreliable partners for any venture.
