Dear All, --Update 2019.09.25: I've uploaded the part and urge you to try it out! To resolve the Y-axis issue, I've fabricated a steel cover for this component. Expect an upcoming photo of it, and soon thereafter, I'll upload the J-head holder. While not a professional in 3D modeling, my five-year experience with building 3D printers has given me valuable insights. My primary objective is to create a budget-friendly yet stable and precise 3D printer. I'm currently constructing a new generation CTC 3D Printer based on the 4040 Bosch profile. The planning phase is underway, and all parts will be printed using PETG. To confirm the Y-axis stability, I'll employ a sturdy 4mm metal plate. This project's name, "4Max," originates from my use of Marlin software for the printer's mainboard. Additionally, the STL files for this mount will be uploaded shortly. If you're interested in this build or have suggestions to improve it, please feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WfaYtesNnWQ
