Terminator T800 skull V2
thingiverse
Terminator skull V2. I've included the meshmixer file and a complete stl file with all parts included in place, to make it easier to modify (don't try to print the complete file, not it's purpose). Required Items: 4 - 8mm x 3mm magnets (room for 4 on door only need 2 - see below) 2 - 4mm x 20mm screws (for jaw) 4 - 2mm x 6mm screws (for mouth pistons) 2 - 5mm LEDs (plus wire, battery, 470ohm resistors) empty pen ink cartridge (for mouth pistons) - 2 - 33mm length 2 - 23mm length red plastic lens (for eyes, I used brake light replacement kit) Special Instructions Skull - The skull will fit on an ender 3 in it's current orientation, if adhesion is applied. Not sure why you get more bed space, but it worked for me (in cura at least, can't say for other slicers). Door - There are holes for 2 sets of magnets, but I found you only need one. With both in, it was difficult to remove door without scratching paint job. Eyes - The eye is in two pieces to place a piece of red lens behind front portion. At the back of main portion is a 5mm hole for red LED, tubes in skull for wires and resistors go to hollow for battery. Mouth Pistons - 2 sections of empty pen ink cartridge (3mm) need to be cut and used as rod portions of pistons for flexibility. A 33mm length between ball joint section and jaw, and a 23mm length between hinge on ball joint section and elbow by nose. I printed these at .16 layer height and still needed to modify to make pen tube fit, use caution if using heat gun it's real easy to deform parts beyond usability. 1/8" drill bit works, make sure to have drill in reverse or could split part.
