Terminator Arm
thingiverse
Fully articulated T800 arm. Most of the hand is taken directly from OneldMONstr's model, except the hand and the finger/thumb pistons which are from nracmo. Three holes for 4mm screws exist on the elbow and one on upperarm1b to lock the joints in place. I used 3mm screws to attach the fingers to the hand. 3/8" plastic tubing was used for all piston rods on both upper and lower arm. Filament was glued in place as screws on the wheels in the fingers and on the lateralFingerPistons. Filament was also used as piston rods on the finger and thumb pistons. A heatgun, set to low, was used to soften the armTube, popping the wrist into place, and again on the armRodTips to form them securely around their joints. Be cautious with the heatgun, too much heat too fast can ruin your part. UpperArm1a and 1b were glued together. The finger pistons were left out of the complete model and meshmixer file to keep the file sizes down.
