Terminal Block Mount (SubD) (customizable)

<p>This is a surface mount for a SUB-D9 terminal block.</p> <p>For my DIY 3D printer project I needed a way to mount these blocks to a surface and by default there is no way to do this properly as there is simply no way. :) So I designed a small pocket to slide the terminal in. No need to cut the soldering and wires at the bottom. Just slide the block in and fixate it. done.</p> <p>I included the FreeCAD source file, so you can adapt it to any type of connector you desire to mount onto a surface.</p> <p>The two bigger holes are for surface mount. The small one is to lock the PCB in place, so you can even mount it on a vertical plane with the connector facing down.</p> <p>You can use just one bigger hole and the smaller screw to fixate the mount as well.
