Terminal Block
thingiverse
This terminal block was designed specifically for use on Roboroos robots. We utilize it for high current connections of motors to speed controllers for quick and easy replacements. Use 1/4"x1/2" roofing bolts with square nuts, which embed into recesses underneath the block. A 1/2"x 1.5" aluminum bar drilled to suit serves as the connector. The lid is held in place by an M3 bolt secured into a hex nut embedded into the bottom of the block. Print Settings: Printer: Davinci Duo Rafts: Doesn't matter. Supports: No. Resolution: 0.3mm layers. Infill: 30% - 50% for added strength. Notes: The lid prints well on its side without support required. Although there are hollows under the block, it can also be printed with no supports as the nuts will compress any loose fibers underneath.
