Terminal Block Electrical Connector

New version out. Check it: Fully Printable Terminal Block Electrical Connector - V2. I had to wait a week for terminal blocks, so I made these instead. Each one sits on a 7.5mm spacing, allowing them to fit neatly on a PCB. They come in two versions: a single way connector meant to be mounted directly on a PCB, and the standard two way terminal block type. The design prints in two halves that slide together to secure using an 8mm M2.5 or M3 bolt. It was specifically designed for use with a 1.5mm nut. The connection is made by running a piece of wire through a groove at the base, where 0.6-1mm wire works best. The end can also be soldered directly to a PCB. I printed these on my UP printer using 0.2mm layer height settings. If you place it upside down, the top might print without support. However, most other details will still require some cleanup. I've included the step and 123d files for anyone who wants to customize them. Happy Printing.
