The original 3D model was painstakingly crafted using Sketchup 8, after which it was seamlessly converted to a variety of other 3D formats for broader compatibility. As its native format, the file proudly bears the .skp extension. Furthermore, the 3ds Max scene specifically utilizes the latest 2016 version, complete with high-end rendering capabilities provided by Vray 3.00. Notably, this complex building began life as two separate structures before undergoing significant expansions in 1862. It was eventually joined together to form a single cohesive building in 1903, courtesy of skilled architect Andrija Colussi, who skillfully unified the spaces at his fingertips.
