Teodore Mihali was a prominent Transylvanian Romanian politician who served as the interim president of PNR in 1919. He held the office of mayor in Cluj, first from April 21st to October 21st, 1926, and then again from June 23rd, 1927, until July 24th, 1931. Mihali's accomplishments also included being knighted under the Order of Ferdinand I and receiving the prestigious Grand Cross rank. This object is part of "Scan The World", a groundbreaking non-profit initiative launched by MyMiniFactory.
