Tenth's Sonic Screwdriver
thingiverse
To utilize Sketchup, I transformed hobinjk's design into Sketchup files. I'm experimenting with ways to make the tool's end spring-loaded. This device includes an LED, batteries, and a self-illuminating feature. The second item in the photo is a sonic screwdriver pen light. When assembling my own version, I noticed that the end cap seemed too small while the slider appeared excessively large. However, everything was likely designed proportionally. For optimal printing, I would recommend increasing the endcap by 10% and reducing the slider by at least 15% (I tried 10%).
