An underwater chess pawn, featuring eight tentacles, is the focus of this creative set. Other pieces, including a conch shell as tower, seahorse as knight, lobster as bishop, whale's tail as queen, and an oyster with pearl as king, are yet to be modeled. Assistance in modeling these unique figures is sought, and the opportunity to contribute by selecting a piece and beginning its creation is encouraged. The pawn was designed using Maya's soft modification tool on a cone shape and torus adjustments, resulting in a 6.8mm high model printable without support in approximately 50 minutes with a layer height of 0.2. It was inspired by a similar design found at http://www.behance.net/gallery/Bishop/3012527. Alternatively, the piece can be transformed into a fridge magnet or USB drive upon request, showcasing the creativity and versatility of this underwater pawn design.
