Tent pole repair

I snapped a ~8.7mm tent pole, and its design makes it impossible to replace one pole without buying an entire new pole assembly. So, I turned to 3D printing for help. I printed the replacement in two pieces, which form a splint around the broken section. There's also a slight bulge on the inside to accommodate the broken section because my pole splayed out where it broke. I printed it with four perimeters and solid infill for extra strength. I added four tiny hose clamps afterwards to hold each part around the broken portion of the pole in place. The tent is now working perfectly with the repair, and the new joint seems plenty strong.
