With the idea of solving the tensioning problem of the P905's belts, I'm sharing these belt tensioners with you. They can be printed either with or without supports. I've personally printed them using ABS and PETG materials, and for several months now, they've been working flawlessly without any issues. I designed them keeping in mind that no modifications to the frame or new holes should be made. Instead, what comes with the machine is utilized as is. Once you receive these files, I'll add some videos demonstrating the assembly process step by step. The IPT files are included so you can customize them according to your preferences. Keep in mind that each part is printed separately. When working with S3D software, be sure to separate connected surfaces under "MESH> Separate connected surfaces". Additionally, for optimal results, make sure to orient the toothed belts' teeth upwards. For a smooth assembly experience, take note of these details and you'll be good to go!
