Tensor Eje Z Anet A6

To assemble the tensors, you will need the following materials: -Rosetted M8 rods approximately 52-54cm in length (x2). -M8 bolts (x8). -Upper left tensor. -Upper right tensor. -Lower tensor (x2). -Wood screws 3.5 x 25mm or 3.5 x 30mm (x6). When assembling these tensors, a bit of height is lost in Z because the rods get in the way, but I've left it that way since I don't usually make tall pieces. If someone wants to add more height, just let me know and I'll create a new STL with the increased height. The upper tensors already have supports for the lower edge, but you will need to add supports so the piece can finish coming out properly. To assemble, I recommend: 1. Insert two bolts into the center of the rossetted rod. 2. Feed the rod through the upper and lower tensors, with each one at an end of the rod. If it doesn't fit well, drill a hole with an 8mm drill bit. 3. Place a bolt on the bottom of the lower tensor. 4. Lower the bolt to the top of the upper tensor and tighten. 5. Place the upper tensor in the Anet. 6. Raise the bolt to the bottom of the upper tensor without tightening, "just enough not to move the printer structure." 7. Insert the bolt through the top and tighten. 8. Place a 3mm metric screw and original bolt on the upper tensor. 9. Insert three wood screws 3.5mm wide by 25mm or 30mm long. If they fit too tightly, drill the lower tensors with the necessary drill bit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCXcJ0fIqq0
