This is a remix of the 16T Tensioner puck for vekoj's Revised X-Axis for Prusa I3. This remix allows using the slightly larger (10x15mm, 3mm bore) 6mm Gates belt 16T idlers by LDO. They are more robust than the tiny little idlers the original design uses (see side-by-side pic). I sourced the Idler and the dowel pin from Printed Solid: https://www.printedsolid.com/collections/prusa/products/ldo-2gt-16t-idler-with-3mm-bore https://www.printedsolid.com/products/stainless-steel-2-95mm-x-15-8mm-dowel-pin?pr_prod_strat=copurchase&pr_rec_pid=2384494821461&pr_ref_pid=2384493969493&pr_seq=uniform Print with at least 3 perimeters since the walls are thinner. I also made the nut traps smaller. I have had several of these strip and become almost impossible to remove. Use a heat gun to heat up the nylock nut, then use pliers to push it into place. You'll get a +/- 0.01 tolerance this way.
