This is a mod for the DigitalBird Balanced Pan Tilt camera head. I wanted a more secure belt tensioner. This is a snap on print which gives you upper & lower support for the belt tensioner. You can super glue it in place if you're brave, however it fits snug and will not move. Print with 100% fill and BRIM. I used ABS, but any filament will do. Parts List 2 Flanged Ball Bearing 3x10x4mm 1 M3 x 35 Hex Socket Screw 1 M3 Nut 3 #3 Washers The bearings must be assembled inside of the 3D Assembly, between the slotted area.
