Tension Nut with Flange for 3/4" PVC Pipe
thingiverse
Keep things organized on a 3/4-inch PVC pipe during your print job. These spool holders keep spools in place without wandering around the workspace. I originally used gsterley's Solidoodle Spool Holder Mk2 but now make my own using these tight-fitting grippers that flex with different diameters. A flange holds spools with big central holes securely in place, preventing slipping or movement during a print. The standard tension nut is shown on Thing 116872 for a reliable and sturdy setup. I use these holders to print pinhole cameras smoothly every time on pinholeprinted.com. To print this design effectively, try using ABS material with a 25% infill ratio without requiring any support. To keep things going and make a big difference in the 3D printing community, please give a hand to all Thingiverse designers.
