Tension Nut Filament Guide

Find an alternative design with a flange at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:737197. For added convenience, I incorporated a filament guide based on my tension nut, eliminating the need to worry about the filament unraveling during long unattended print jobs. The tension is sufficient without needing a screw, but you can add one if desired. The hole features large fillets on both sides for smooth filament passage and accommodation of various spool sizes. Additionally, placing a small piece of foam in front of the guide can help remove dust and particles from the filament before it reaches the extruder. Printed using ABS at 0.25mm layer height with 10% infill, no support is required. Don't forget to support Thingiverse creators! If you make one, share a photo and click "I made one!"
