Tension Nut Filament Guide

I designed an innovative filament guide, anchored by my adjustable tension nut, ensuring that filament stays aligned even during extended print sessions. The tension nut is precision-engineered to maintain optimal tightness without requiring a securing screw; however, you can add one if needed for added stability. The guide's hole features a generous fillet on both sides, facilitating smooth filament passage and accommodating various spool sizes with ease. To optimize performance, simply insert a small square of foam in front of the guide and gently push the filament through. This clever design effectively removes loose dust or particles from the filament before it reaches your extruder, ensuring optimal printing conditions.
