Tension Gauge for E3D Hemera
cults3d
I will rewrite the text as per your instructions. A gauge that provides a visual indication of tension on the E3D Hemera extruder is available. The needle moves up the gauge when the knurled screw is adjusted manually. As with all 3D printed components designed to fit other parts, dimensions may vary between printers, so a tight fit cannot be guaranteed. It's essential to have your files ready for any adjustments that may be needed. The fall back of the needle is solely driven by gravity, which might not be suitable for bowden setups where the extruder is mounted at an angle. I am currently working on incorporating a small return spring into the design. A STEP file is included for your reference and tweaking pleasure. If you create one, please share it with others to help improve the design.
