I was kept awake last night because I couldn't stop thinking about what might be the simplest tensegrity structure with the fewest number of tensioned lines for no good reason. I lay there figuring how it would be printed, and so sketched it this morning and did a quick design in Fusion and printed one. The files are for use with four rubber bands, all about 35mm long when stretched, feel free to rescale them for the rubber bands you have! You'll need two of each part, and they get glued together in the way that should be obvious. I used gel type super glue. This would probably look pretty cool if the rubber bands were replaced with transparent nylon line like in my other Tensegrity useless structures such as https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4292334. But rubber bands were easy, making this maybe the quickest and easiest to print and assemble tensegrity structure out there!
