Tensegrity Struts
thingiverse
**Tensegrity** is a construction method using struts and tendons. Here are files to print multiple struts. Use rubber bands for the tendons. Select appropriate length of the struts to fit the length of rubber bands. Selecting another index for the bottom side will rotate the slot, try what works best for you with respect to support structures. Caps may be useful during construction, but should not be necessary in a completed model, except for decoration purposes. Make their radius slightly larger (about 0.1mm) than the struts for easier fit. Find some building instructions on Youtube, looking for _tensegrity_ or _tensegritoy_, which is a wooden version. The picture with black background might be a mini model of the NASA Super Ball. ---
