Tensegrity Cubes

Tensegrity Cubes

thingiverse

I'm excited to share my attempt at making some tensegrity cubes, the interlocked design seemed tailor-made for 3D printing. The nylon strings are a robust 1mm in diameter, more than strong enough to keep the entire structure tightly in place. There are two versions of the design available, one with DIY supports and another without, I'm likely not skilled enough yet to get my slicer to create supports precisely as I envision them. I've also included a link to the OnShape design file for anyone looking to make their own custom variations.
