This is the belt clip for an Ultima 5 TENS unit that's been a real lifesaver in relieving constant pain with its electric shock. When my original clip broke and I couldn't find a replacement anywhere, I decided to make my own using a 3D printer. I printed this at 60% with PETG without supports, and so far it's holding up perfectly. If it breaks again, I plan to try printing in ABS once the weather warms up and I can open the windows for better ventilation. Depending on your printer, you might need to file down the 'ears' a little to get it to fit just right.
