Tenonmaker

After publishing the Kerfmaker, Thing:1345031 I had a bunch of requests for the Tenonmaker so I tweaked the design and gave it a shot. It works like a charm and even has that flip-down part that prints as one solid piece. The top part will need some supports.\nprinted at 30% infill and three exterior walls, using PLA to prevent warping since the ends needed to be super square.\nHardware Needed:\n2 qty M4x20mm hex cap bolts from Lowes\n2 qty M4 nuts from Lowes\nHere's a video tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cs9Ychd--qk\nAdded the 123D Design files too in case anyone wants to mess with the design. Just make sure to remix it from mine.\nPrint Settings:\nPrinter: Da Vinci 1.0a Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: 30% Notes: Use PLA
