The racquet's design has been scaled directly from a current top-level tennis racquet, ensuring an authentic look and feel. Even if you're not a fan of the sport, this quick print is an enjoyable challenge to try out, allowing you to test your machine's capabilities by printing the fine strings. This model requires minimal effort, but it will put your machine's bridging ability to the test. Not all machines or slicing apps can deliver a well-strung racquet, so be prepared for varying results. A print in two colors, with pauses at 35% and 85%, accompanied by a 1mm raft, yields an impressive and visually appealing result. Four .stl files are included, featuring two types of designs: FOB (Fitting on Ball) and Racquet. Within each type, there is a "Recessed" version with strings that mimic the appearance of a real tennis racquet, as well as a "Flat" version where the strings reach full height. This variation allows users to print either design on machines or apps that struggle with bridging. To create a multi-colored recessed print with a 1mm raft, simply pause your machine at 35% and 85% to switch between colors. The result is stunning and easy to achieve.
