TENNIS BALL PRESSURIZER
thingiverse
I wanted to create a portable Tennis Ball Pressurizer that's easy to bring along after a tennis match. I started testing my alpha prototype with the Tennis Can Ball, and it successfully maintained 1.8 bar pressure. To test its limits, I want to try maxing out the pressurizer's pressure capacity and experiment with different o-ring types, possibly even silicon ones. For printing, I recommend setting the printer to near 100% infill for maximum strength and a large perimeter to prevent air loss. I'm eager to hear how it turns out! To get started, simply attach an air pump and pressurize your tennis ball to 2 bar. Be patient, as this process can take hours or even days, depending on the internal pressure of the ball. If this project is successful, here are some potential future upgrades: * A screw knob for easier adjustment * Air pump support for added convenience * Design refinements for improved performance and aesthetics
