Tennis ball javelin head for medieval combat

I crafted those javelin heads specifically for use in Viking reenactment battles, keeping safety in mind while still delivering a rather formidable projectile. Exercise caution when handling them. To maximize the structural integrity of your DIY javelin, I recommend printing with high infill settings. To assemble this project, you'll need: A 28mm diameter wooden shaft A tennis ball A nail Glue Start by cutting slits in the tennis ball to weaken its structure. Next, attach it securely to the print using glue. Once that's set, insert the shaft into the socket, making any necessary adjustments with a sander if needed. Finally, hammer a nail through to secure the shaft in place. Please note that these javelins are designed for use on armored targets only.
