There are three power symbols, known as power Ts, created by a team of three individuals. Each member contributed one design to create this University of Tennessee Volunteers logo. Designing the Power T: We designed our object using blender. Initially, we created a cube as the foundation and then extended its sides to achieve the initial form. Following this step, we utilized a cylinder to generate curved shapes using Boolean operations. Once these curves were obtained, we refined and corrected errors within our design. Project: Power T In this tutorial, you'll learn how to use blender just like us! A high school education or significant expertise in blender is necessary for a thorough understanding of the Boolean feature. Here's an explanation of our steps: 1. I started by creating a cube, then extruding three out of its four sides to produce an upside-down T appearance. 2. Next, I created a cut at the top and repeated this process twice more to establish the shape. 3. Subsequently, I built upon these baseline dimensions by introducing a cylinder, adjusting it to fit the T's curve, and relocating it within each corner of our design. The next step involves Boolean operation: With the boolean modifier activated on your object's toolbar, choose "Add Modifier," select difference under that option, pick the shape of the cube in your grid while choosing the proper orientation for the cylinder. Then apply this adjustment to match your intended shape accurately throughout all corners. Upon completing these modifications, I checked and refined our Power T design.
