Tenlog Hands 2 Nozzle Swipes
thingiverse
Wire brushes can be inserted into these holders to prevent unwanted oozing while using dual extrusion on the Tenlog Hands 2. If a filament emerges from an extruder in park position, it is wiped off by the brush when the extruder moves into printing area. As I used a commercially available wire brush to clean spark plugs, this must then be sawn into suitable pieces of 15x14x10mm and inserted into holder. The brushes hold on their own, so they do not have to be glued and can simply be replaced when they are worn out. Depending on the brush, bristles must be shortened to appropriate length. Brackets can be attached with two M3x10 screws on each side. Holders come in two versions, labeled "L" for left and "R" for right side. UPDATE: I uploaded a new version called "_Hole" in filenames. These models are a few millimeters longer and have a hole right underneath the nozzle, so that extruded filament can go through. This will make it easier to load or unload filament.
