This Tenergy TB6AC universal charger side panel replacement boasts an enhanced 25mm fan mount, available for $70 from Fry's. It accommodates Lithium, Pb, Ni-Cd, and Ni-MH batteries. The stock plate features a fan cutout, but standard replacements don't fit (possibly why no fan is included). To install the side panel, print with support, then insert 25mm 12V fan - if loose, secure with electrical tape. Connect fan leads to PCB via DC power jack. For noise reduction, omit top center screw or add a thermostat (40C suggested).
