Assembly Instructions for Artillery Sidewinder X1 Tensioner and Spool Holder You will need an M4x25 screw (if you only have an M4x20 screw, you can use the spool holder's screw in reverse), 1 M4 nut, and 2 spacers. The rollers were printed with a 3-walled design and 0% infill, while the support was printed with a 15% infill. To assemble: - You do not need to remove the spool holders; simply loosen the top screws and remove the bottom ones. - Remove all four bearings using the clip and keep only two. - Reinstall the smooth bearings. - Attach the bearings to the support using the M4 screw. - Insert the rollers into each bearing on either side (there will be some slack, which is normal), tightening the spool holders as you go. - Install the support and tighten all four screws while centering everything. I also removed all plastic from the Z-axis carriages, added rigid couplers, and realigned the entire system (motors, supports, carriage relative to the frame, etc.).
