Note I've collected all my changes here:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5794841
Please follow that link to see my most up-to-date collection.

Big thanks to [ten16] for og post! And to the [hackaweek blog] for the assembly video. In same spirit I've organized the original material in a way that's easier for me to comprehend. To be clear, this is [ten16]'s project. I've remixed a few bits but all credit really goes to original post.
Note: Check out my new handle-break mechanism here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5779662
I did find original post hard to follow. So I've tried to make it easier for folks (and myself) to understand. I've remixed the following files: RHL_TensionBlockSmall.stl (could be useful for some smaller loom designs) RHL_NewDoubleHeddleBlock.stl RHL_newHandle-back.stl (so much easier on the hand) RHL_newHandle_front.stl (easier) RHL_newBreakSet See here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5779662 See pics above and below for reference. Hope this helps you get started weaving! I'm printing everything at 25% infill on "Draft" mode (0.3mm) without supports aligned as shown. > See original post for 8-, 10-, and 12-dent screens: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:490467 > Print a reed threading hook from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3405655 > Printed my own shuttle: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5759232 Learn Rigid Heddle Loom basics from Ashford: https://youtu.be/fa1WrHOTjxY Search: "Ashford simple warping for a rigid heddle loom video") And Big thanks to hackaweek's build video: https://youtu.be/wx1lDSbfj3c This helped me grasp the concept. The build is straight forward but it helped me to see someone go through the steps once. The pics below show my assembled version: a 16" by 30" loom. Having used it a few times I've learned to place the Heddle Blocks as far back as you can.
