Temptower for Wood Filament

I recently purchased three wood filaments and decided to conduct an experiment to observe any potential color changes or structural modifications that occur when exposed to different temperatures. To achieve this, I constructed three temperature-controlled towers with incremental steps of 20 and 40 degrees Celsius for each filament, strictly adhering to the recommended temperature ranges provided by their respective manufacturers. Specifically, the Renkforce Wood Light filament has a specified operating range of 180 to 220 degrees Celsius, while the Geeetech Wood filament falls within the 190 to 230 degree Celsius spectrum. Lastly, the Formfutura Wood Birch filament requires temperatures between 200 and 240 degrees Celsius for optimal performance. By meticulously controlling temperature fluctuations, I aimed to capture any visual or structural differences that may arise from these distinct temperature profiles, providing valuable insights into the behavior of each wood-based material under varying thermal conditions.
