I decided to create a new temperature tower design that would push my printer's capabilities to the limit. To make it more challenging, I extended the bridging distance to 50mm and created two versions with different thicknesses: one was 5mm thick and the other was just 1mm. Next, I added two half-bows on the right side, each with an inner radius of 24mm, but with varying thicknesses: 5mm for one and 1.5mm for the other. The bows extended all the way to a 90-degree angle, marked by notches at every 10 degrees so that I could easily track when it started to fail. On the left side, I added a small cliff with an easy-to-print angle, on top of which I built two intricate structures: a cone with a 5mm diameter and 15mm height, showcasing basic precision, and a helix with a 3mm diameter, 2mm radius, and 15mm height, which required more advanced printing skills. These structures were placed directly next to each other to make stringing visible. To add an extra layer of difficulty, I included two overhangs, one with 1mm thickness and the other with 5mm thickness, both located 25mm from the cliff. This design consists of 10 levels and stands at a total height of 305mm, so it may need to be downscaled or cut back for regular printers. However, the 7-step model is significantly shorter at 215mm in height.
