Temporary PTFE Coupler (Prusa MMU
prusaprinters

For other Prusa MMU stuff: https://www.thingiverse.com/AbeFM/collections/abes-mmu2-stuff

I find that when I have filament from one PTFE, and I feel it into a second one, after the print gets going these can bump together and cause friction issues.

This is a simple part to let your PTFE have something solid and square to hit against without restricting filament travel.

This version uses a heat-set nut so that the coupler can thread onto the existing PTFE that would connect the MMU to the Mk3's extruder.

Post-Printing

Don't forget to set your nut! I use a soldering iron. Check for expanded plastic blocking the hole before use.
Category: 3D Printer Accessories
