This model was originally designed using Sketchup 8 and subsequently exported to multiple 3D formats. The native file format is .skp, while the 3dsmax scene was built with 3ds Max 2016 and rendered with Vray 3.00. The Boeing Company's conversion of the 757-200 passenger jet into a cargo version, known as the 757-200SF, first entered service with DHL Aviation in 2001. Boeing Wichita engineers made significant modifications in Kansas, removing all passenger amenities and strengthening the main deck structure to accommodate heavier loads. They also installed a specially designed forward fuselage section from a 757-200PF jet featuring a port-side cargo door. Two of the original passenger entry doors remain functional at the front, enabling 14 standard pallets to be loaded onto the main deck, one less than what is possible in a converted 757-200PF model. Aircraft can also be equipped with environmental control systems suitable for transporting live animals and many retain rear exit points along with adjacent window pairs for emergency access or visibility. Notably, besides Boeing's own efforts, several other manufacturers including Israel Aerospace Industries, Precision Conversions, and ST Aerospace Services have carried out their own 757-200SF conversion programs over the years. In a significant development, FedEx Express in September of 2006 announced plans to invest $2.6 billion dollars acquiring around 80 new freighters that would eventually replace their entire fleet of 727 aircraft. By July 2011, there were approximately seventy converted jets in operation with that fleet.\nI want to extend thanks to AirbusA330/dre737 for creating the FedEx model known as 752SF - this conversion will undoubtedly pass any quality check without issue given the superior craftsmanship involved.
